I make every fragrance by hand - so please allow up to 10 few days for blending and curing. I am happy to customize, as well, so if you would like a special label or scent name, I'm happy to oblige! Also realize that I cannot start on your perfume until your paypal funds have cleared (most of the time it's instant, sometimes it takes 3-4 days).

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: I take great pains to ensure your order gets to you safe and sound. In the event something happens in transit, or an item you ordered is not in the shipment, please contact me at the address listed above. I encourage you to purchase insurance. In addition, if you have questions, suggestions, or just want to chit chat feel free to drop me a line.

If you wish to cancel your order or have made a mistake, please contact me as soon as possible. I regret that I cannot give full refunds on orders that I have already made, and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Q: Do you have natural/organic fragrances? A: I use many essential oils in my perfume blends. They can be purchased as single note scents as well. Two all-natural perfumes that are very popular include Libby Hill and Botanical Garden.

Q: Do your scents have phthalates? A: All my perfume oils have been tested and are free of phthalates.

Q: Can I get a custom scent? A: Absolutely. Just drop me an e-mail with your ideas and I'll get to work. Formulary fees can apply for anything that's not a blend of fragrances I already carry.

Q: Are the perfumes tested on animals? A: None of my oils or finished products are tested on animals. They are, however, tested on humans for skin safety. If you have perfume allergies or sensitive skin you may want to do a patch test before indulging.
